Acrylic solid surface can enhance the appearance of any kitchen or bathroom. 
It is functional, practical and easy to maintain. With its smooth, nonporous surface and invisible, impenetrable seams, germs and dirt have nowhere to accumulate.

In addition to selecting a colour, you will need to decide on the type of sink you would like.  Customers typically request an acrylic integral bowl, which joins seamlessly to the countertop for a very clean look (see top photo to the right).  These sinks are available in 2 sizes (16" and 19") and four colours ranging from bright white to cream.  For more details on our sinks, please go to our Colours & Options page.

We offer manys different edge profiles.  Our standard edges include: bevels, rounds and ogee.  Special custom edges are also available for an additional cost and include such things as coloured or transluscent inlays.

Lastly, you will need to decide if you would like a backsplash on your counter top and if so, how high you'd like it to be and if you would you like it to appear seamless. 

The top photo shows a plant-on backsplash which is a common choice as it is the most economical.  Also available are tile splash (a small edge that tiles sit on), or cove which is the most common for a bathroom vanity as it is seamless.

In addition to selecting a colour, you will need to decide on the type of sink.  We carry a full range of 18-gauge stainless steel undermount sinks with excellent pricing as well as seamless, acrylic integral sinks.

While we can reinstall your existing sink, we recommend a new sink as you will have your new countertop for a long time and it's much easier to change the sink when we are fabricating your countertop than down the road. 

Lastly, you will need to decide if you would like a backsplash and if so, how high you'd like it to look and if you would you like it to appear seamless. 

The top kitchen photo (upper left) shows a plant-on back splash which is a common choice.  Typically, this is 3-4" in height. 

Also available are tile splash (a small  edge that tiles sit on), cove, a more expensive option as it appears seamless  and it requires both more material and more time to fabricate.  Some customers select a full-height splash covering the back wall between the countertop and the cabinets.
